FOSTER CITY, CA (January 23, 2008) – Digital Mountain, Inc., a leading national provider of Universal Discovery Management^TM  solutions including electronic discovery, computer forensics and a next-generation Web-based platform FileQuest^TM, announced that Greg Johnstone joined its team as Chief Operating Officer.  Greg has over 12 years of experience in various high technology businesses. Prior to joining Digital Mountain, Greg served as Director, Finance at the Ultrasound Division of Siemens Medical Solutions, where he led mergers & acquisitions activities and was jointly responsible for managing a large product development department in the U.S. and Korea.  Prior to Siemens, Greg was co-founder and Chief Financial Officer at Sensant Corp., an innovative developer of medical ultrasound devices that was successfully sold to Siemens in 2005.   At Sensant, his primary focus was business strategy and financial planning, along with spearheading accounting, HR and IT.  Earlier in his career, Greg gained software development and project management experience at ABB Systems Control and at SPL Worldgroup Consulting (later acquired by Oracle).  Greg holds an MBA magna cum laude from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, where he was an Olin Fellow. Greg also holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, and a BS (with honors) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
